How is Fiberon Brio railing sold?

Fiberon Brio Railing is sold in sections. Each section includes top rail, bottom rail, balusters, crush block, line or stair brackets, and screws. There are three color options (Alpine, Obsidian, and Simply Brown) and two baluster options (square composite balusters or round black metal balusters).
